These are either older people, or these more recently from the Philippines [sic] who understand some English, but can study best in their own native dialect. Bro. Val was converted, along with Mary his wife, over 13 years ago by Bro. Homer Hailey in Honolulu." Val Damlao, an indigenous Filipino evangelist from a cappella Churches of Christ teaches a Bible class.
