Description

"$133,000 Church building, paid for by American churches and individuals." The Gymnasium was built in the early 1960s and named after Logan Fox, the second chancellor of Ibaraki Christian College who received honorary citizenship from the city of Hitachi in honor of his contributions to education in the Ibaraki prefecture. Still in use, it was originally used as a church building for local congregations, as well as for Ibaraki Christian College for daily chapel and other assemblies.
