This collection contains the contents of Erma Jean Loveland's filing cabinets as she left them in the library, including personal correspondence, information related to the Brown Library, material related to archival work, and more. It also includes some of her work for the Texas Library Association's Oral History Project.

Erma Jean Loveland was the head of Special Collections at ACU following Callie Faye Milliken.
