Abstract

A videorecording of an interview with Connie Mangin, Head Instructure at the Woodson Skill Center in Abilene, Texas, a program of the Abilene Independnet School District providing education, skills training, and vocational training for severely handicapped students. The interview was conducted by Dr. Gary McCaleb of Abilene Christian University in 1985.
