Abstract
How leadership is expressed goes a long way toward determining the nature of any organization, including the church. If a church wanted its nature to be missional, how would leadership act? What leadership gifts would be needed for a church to move "from a place where" to "a people sent" kind of church? What are the corresponding leadership tasks? This extended session will attempt to define these important tasks and provide concrete first steps for develping missional leaders.
