Abstract
Church leaders are faced with a unique tension of ministering to the pain of others while experiencing their own seasons of doubt, pain and struggle. In this session, veteran minister Cope will speak about his years of experience, reflecting on how he has navigated this tension, including the people and practices that have sustained him and the lessons he has learned.
