Sincerely, Dieter Goebel" Dieter Goebel converted to Churches of Christ by Otis Gatewood as a young man in the late 1940s. Goebel was an orphan who lived in a Boys' Home in Frankfurt, Germany after World War 2 that was run by missionaries from American Churches of Christ. Goebel moved on to eventually become a preacher in Germany and then later moved to the United States of America.
