Description

"J. M. McCaleb home in Tokyo." This is one of four photographs on a scrapbook page concerning the McCaleb family, arranged by Clara Bishop. An exterior view of a Western style house built in 1907 on farmland purchased by the McCalebs just outside of Tokyo, Japan. The house is currently the "Zoshigaya Missionary Museum" in Tokyo, Japan and is preserved as the McCalebs used it with photographs, books, and magazines that detail their work in Japan.
