Biographical Note

Lee Len Clardy was born on December 9, 1917 in Texas. He grew up in Brownwood and went to Tarleton University and the University of Texas. He worked at Tarleton University until he joined the Navy in World War II. He served on the U. S. S. Arkansas. After the war he married Julia Barnes. The couple had two children, Alan and Janet. He died on February 14, 2013
