"A street scene in Salisbury, Capitol of Rhodesia. Population: 200,000. The city increased by about 10% in 1967 and the growth rate is expected to be even greater in 1968." A cityscape of Harare, Zimbabwe. At the time this picture was taken, Harare was known as "Salisbury" and was the capital of Southern Rhodesia. The Legg family, American missionaries from Churches of Christ, worked in the city during the late 1960s.
