Abstract
Letter from the United States Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Plant Industry, to B. R. Colson. The correspondence is one-page typewritten and is dated 15 July 1916. There are some handwritten notations at the bottom of the page, possibly made by the receiver of the letter. A transcript of these handwritten notes is included in the item PDF.
