Scope and Content Note

This collection contains the personal papers from the estate of Ralph Clair Yadon. The materials date from the first half of the twentieth century, much of it from the 1920s.

Biographical Note

Ralph Clair Yadon was born in Missouri to John Preston Yadon and Anne Lowe Bradshaw on 26 June 1888. He married Susan M. Cobb (1889-1970) and the couple had one child, William Morris Yadon (1914-1979). He preached for Churches of Christ primarily through the upper Midwest. He passed away on 22 September 1963.

Donor Note

Jim Nichols. Yadon was the paternal grandfather of Nichols' wife.
