The following biographical note is excerpted from Findagrave.com:
“Hezekiah “Hezzie” Rastus “H. R.” Stringer was an evangelist…and was a charter member of the Adams Grove congregation in Mississippi which later became Cold Springs Church of Christ. The group met in Stringer’s home for five years while they searched for a permanent location.”
