Scope and Content Note

A flash drive with video and audio interviews with youth ministers about the history of professional youth ministry in the Churches of Christ.

Biographical Note

The following biographical note is excerpted from a flier in The Christian Chronicle:

“NCYM’s purpose is to provide professional level training for men and women involved in youth ministry all across the United States. The goal of this conference is to be not only informational in nature, but also inspirational and experiential. To this end, special worship experiences and group interaction will be key elements of the conference. All of these experiences will be aimed at helping each of us bring glory to God by enhancing our ministries for Him. This conference was planned and overseen by a board of directors made up of youth ministers from all across the country."
