Scope and Content Note

Two folders of materials from Craig Churchill including articles and research files.

Biographical Note

(Stuart) Craig Churchill was born in Bryan, Texas in 1962. He was baptized into Christ in 1980 by Dan Warden at the A&M Church of Christ in College Station, Texas. He married Anita Killough Churchill in 1986, and they had three children: Jonathan (1990), James (1993), and Laura (1995). Craig received the following degrees: B.S. degree in Education (Texas A&M, ‘87), B.B.S. (Institute for Christian Studies, Austin, ‘89), M.S., Biblical & Related Studies (ACU, 1991), MDiv., (ACU, ’92), and the M.LIS (University of Texas at Austin, 1994). In 1992, he began work at ACU as Theological Librarian.

Craig and Anita are members of both the Minter Lane Church of Christ, Abilene (1989- present) and the Tye Church of Christ, Tye (2013-present; Minister).
