Scope and Content Note

These papers include two folders of material from Tim Walker's work and ministry and several church directories from the Golf Course Road Church of Christ.

Biographical Note

The following biographical note was provided by the donors: Tim Walker, born in 1943 in Paragould, Arkansas, was a minister for Churches of Christ in Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas for 37 years. After retiring from active ministry, he returned to college to become a librarian graduating from Texas Woman’s University with a Masters of Library Science in 2004. After 12 years of library service, he retired as the Branch Manager of the George Mitchell Library in the Woodlands, Texas. He now lives in Crandall, Texas.
