These papers include one box of 20 cloth sermon charts from John Roy Hogan’s work and a book of sermon outlines that inspired the sermon charts.
Biographical Note
The following biographical information is excerpted from materials provided by John Roy Hogan’s grandson, David A. “Dave” Hogan:
“John Roy Hogan was a carpenter during the week and preached for small congregations of the Churches of Christ in the mid-south region, primarily in Arkansas in the first half of the 20th century. He died in late July 1949 at the age of 60.”
