Comments

After Alexander was born in Antrim in 1788, Thomas relocated the family to the Sheepbridge area north of Thomas's family home of Newry. There he ministered to Seceder congregations and taught school. The community was named after a three-arched stone bridge over the Clanrye (Newry) River on what was then the main road between Belfast and Dublin.
