Abstract
The video is divided into three sections: (1) Key Concepts; (2) Workplace Spirituality and Leadership Practice; (3) Spiritual and Religious Practices. It includes interviews with Dr. Andre Delbecq (Santa Clara University), Dr. Louis (Jody) Fry (Texas A&M University), Dr. Kathryn Goldman Schuyler (Alliant International University), and Dr. Douglas Hicks (Colgate University). With the three parts and conclusion, it can be used as one (total about 30 minutes) or used as individual parts (about 10 minutes each) in management, leadership, and related classes as well as in workplace learning.
