Abstract
Youth ministries thrive, not based on the strength of their programs, but on the depth of their spiritual practices. This depth needs to be cultivated in the lives of both teens and adult leaders, and must characterize the relationships between congregational and youth leaders. We have invited experienced youth ministers both to present fresh material and to respond to your questions and concerns.
