Abstract
As the city encroaches on the suburbs, the mystique of inner-city ministry can be viewed as the least desirable pursuit or, conversly, the greatest opportunity in the world. Explore principles that transcend culture, class, gender and race, which are essential to developing an effective urban outreach.
