Abstract

In a tradition that takes pride in congregatinoal autonomy and volunteer leaders, how do full-time ministers and part-time elders pull together to serve God? This panel of two elders and two ministers from four churches will discuss their real life stories of what does and does not work to develop a leadership relationship in Churches of Christ.
