Comments

The Center for Restoration Studies at Abilene Christian University hosted its annual Restoration Day lectures on September 29, 2025, at the Brown Library Packer Forum.

This year marked a transition in leadership of the CRS from former Director, Wes Crawford, who transitioned into a new administrative role as Vice Provost for Abilene Christian University, to the new Director of the CRS, James L. Gorman, who gave this year’s lectures. Dr. Crawford introduced the sessions and moderated the discussions. Beyond the two lectures, Director of the Special Collections and Archives, Mac Ice, provided an overview and update on the work he and other staff members have been doing.
