Abstract

This project/thesis considers how the Third and Central Church of Christ in Lovington, New Mexico can learn how to respond to church conflict in a Christ-like manner. Like all churches, Third and Central endures occasional conflict situations. Unfortunately, the church has historically swung between the extremes of avoidance and strong control when handling conflict. The church has rarely been able to use other, usually more appropriate, means of dealing with conflict.
