Abstract
Ministry has a variety of fields ranging from churches, social nonprofit organizations, and government ministries in agriculture, health, education, lands, and many more. While this study did not focus on other ministries apart from Christian non profit ministries like church, to some extent, all leaders in these ministries avow that one requires some level of education to be in leading positions in these ministries. In other words, the qualified individual must have been trained in a particular field within the ministry of interest. This indicates the importance of education in ministry. Therefore, this study was conducted to uncover the impact of education on the life and growth of ministry. Thus, chapter one provides the problem background and objectives that guided the study to maintain its focus; chapter two reviewed the available literature specifically on the impact of education on ministry growth and identified gaps that needed to be filled in the body of literature; chapter three presents the study methodology highlighting key insights about the structure, design, and the methods followed in this study; chapter four presents the finding of the study collected through interviews and online questionnaire, and chapter five summarizes the study by looking at key areas that needed to be addressed and identifies areas of further studies.
