Scope and Content Note
This collection consists of information on the Church of Christ in Ghana. Materials include articles and books: The Church of Christ in Ghana, Celebrating Four Decades of restoration of New Testament Christianity in Ghana, How the Church Came to Ghana (History of the church in Ghana), and The New Testament Church and its Restoration in Nigeria. In addition, a folder containing two photographs of John Oppon Gaidoo and the 2011 program commemorating the 50th anniversary of the death of John Oppon Gaidoo, the first native Church of Christ preacher in Ghana, are included.
Biographical Note
Fred Asare is an ACU alum and was Director of the Village of hope in Ghana.
