Abstract

Proposed new model for the organizational structure of Heartbeat based on a functional model (Creating, Marketing, Funding) and a desired model based on talent pools. A diagram shows the different areas of staff talent with staff initials assigned to the various pools. Lines indicate the different areas where staff would interact.
