Comments
George Jardine (1742-1827), professor of logic at Glasgow University, taught both Thomas and Alexander Campbell. His family burial plot lies at the foot of the wall on the north side of Glasgow Cathedral. The Royal Infirmary, which Jardine helped found, rises above the grave.
