Abstract
Over one hundred and sixty soldiers at Fort Lewis identify themselves as members of the Churches of Christ. Less than twenty-five of these soldiers are involved in any religious activity. In order to reach out effectively to the remaining soldiers, the concerned church members who were interested in this ministry required training. The problem for this project/thesis was to design and implement a model of training for outreach to inactive members of the Churches of Christ at Fort Lewis, Washington.
